| For our customer in the harbour of Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Support Engineer.
You have experience as a first line helpdesk team member, you like to solve IT related problems and can handle stress. For this function we are looking for people who love to work in an international environment. TASKS As part of the Helpdesk you are responsible to answer incoming calls, identify the site and the problem. Problems can be of any kind such as VPN problems, RSA authentication, password problems on Active Directory or Novell, Proxy issues. You follow up problems through the help desk key software, manage the profiles and tickets and activate the necessary dispatches in case the problem can not be fixed. |

| Good basic IT knowledge.
Knowledge of networking, Lotus Notes, Novell is an advantage. On-the-job training will be given. Good customer service attitude and teamwork skills are essential. 1 to 2 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge of English, French and Dutch with focus on French. |
