You are destined to "grow" into the international LAN environment of a key customer Your key responsability is the LAN; design, technology evaluations, change projects, migrations, tests etc You do this under the supervision of a senior CCIE who will more focus on the WAN aspects of the network (you find a split in tasks & responsabilities here-under) You are involved in day-to-day L3 administration tasks You report on progress, risks, deviations and achievements to management You get the best out of the LAN platform in alignment with the ServiceLevels set & the international guidelines You advise on process improvements where realistic Flexible mindset in terms of working hours and willing to occasionally work during technical windows

Languages: English, Dutch & French (in this order of importance) Keycompetence: LAN & Wlan networking technologies Routing & Switchin, IP Management, NW Security WCS, PoE, VPN, VSS, VRF, Multicast-unicast, Differentiators: feeling for "mixed" & WAN oriented technologies (CDN, WOC) coming from a strong engineering experience Very familiar with Cisco IOS and CISCO equipment KeyProfile: Junior Architect - senior engineer/administrator Minimal Cisco level CCNP and written CCIE. Preferrably with a CCIE lab planned. Eager learner, engaged to the customer, open mindedness to NW changes Matter-to-earth, realistic & driven by network technologies Ability to investigate, analyze, evaluate, test (POC), design & standardize LAN technologies Discipline in technical docuementation & respecting existing processes & procedures Experience: Min 3 to 5 years in a similar environment Education: Preferrably a Bachelor or Master in ICT
