• You advice/assist customers as a trusted professional on their IP Telephony/Unified Communications strategic, tactical and technological choices and implementations in order to cover their ICT needs. • You are responsible for the technical design taking into account existing infrastructure, client conditions and budget • Definition and execution of acceptance tests (test scripts, tasks planning, set-up of lab environment, daily follow-up and progress reporting...). • Implement the approved solutions by executing new and complex tasks or delegating standard tasks to engineers
vereisten :
In general, a customer driven approach is required to manage our IP Telephony/Unified Communications projects and to achieve customer satisfaction. Required: • Avaya certified, at least ACS-level • Knowledge on Avaya Communications Manager 5 • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IP Telephony/Unified Communications on AVAYA projects • Good knowledge of public Voice/VoIP and enterprise telecommunications architecture. • Working knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, MGCP, H323, etc.) • A good WAN-LAN knowledge A plus: • 5 years experience in the Telecom world. • Knowledge on Avaya Session & System Mananger (AURA infrastructure) • Knowledge on Avaya Modular Messaging • Knowledge of Unified Communications applications • Knowledge of Windows, Unix and/or Linux operating systems at an administrator level • Applications background with regards to Microsoft AD, Exchange, OCS; Lotus Notes; etc.
