For one of our customers in the financial sector, we are looking for Senior IT Project Manager - IT Coordinator.

Mission context:

Within Facility Management, Application Management is a technical team whose the mission is to support FAC activities through the provision and management of adequate and stable tools that cover user needs and respect strategic choices of FAC.

Application Management is a “mixed” team composed of

Business Analysts pole :
This part of the team has to “translate” the business needs to facilitate technical intervention (Internal IT, External IT or FAC factoring)

Technical pole:
This part of the team groups different profiles (Business Architect, Technical Analysts/Developers, Archibus technical referent, “Expertise” IT referent”
It has to take in charge all technical (IT) subjects and ensure the follow-up with internal IT, external IT.
All IT aspects has to be covered (IT architecture, IT infra, Technical analysts, developers, release, …)

The technical pole would evolve to support the Fac Strategy.

Function description:
The candidate will have to coordinate the technical pole:

Coordinate “day-to-day” activities (incident, small demand, communication, stakeholders relationship, other IT team relationship)
Coordinate technical part of project and technical project (including planning, estimation,…)
Challenge technical solutions
Follow-up “day-to-day” activities / global view (planning synthesis)
Coaching team members
Define skills needed in the team (short term, mid-term, long term)
Support the technical impact of FAC Strategy


At least 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Technical experience:
Excellent knowledge of IT aspects (Infra, architecture, developments,…)
Good knowledge of IT Governance (incident, release, test,…)
Transversal IT knowledge (DB, SQL, C#, VB, …)
Experience in team coordination (planning, follow-up, coaching,…)

knowledge of “new” technologies (API,…)

Business experience:
mandatory Experience in a large organisation
preferable BNP Paribas Fortis experience
